POST WORK OUT SMOOTHIE
 
Smoothies are a simple way to restore energy stores and repair muscle damage after a work out. Blend with ice and nutritious extras—such as chia seeds, turmeric, or ginger for an extra anti-oxidant boost!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1/2 a cup of frozen berries

  • A big handful of spinach

  • 200ml of almond milk (add more if needed)

  • 1/4 ripe avocado

  • 1tsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 TBSP pea protein powder natural and unflavoured

METHOD

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer.

  2. Add ice if desired.
