POST WORK OUT SMOOTHIE
Smoothies are a simple way to restore energy stores and repair muscle damage after a work out. Blend with ice and nutritious extras—such as chia seeds, turmeric, or ginger for an extra anti-oxidant boost!
INGREDIENTS

1/2 Banana

1/2 a cup of frozen berries

A big handful of spinach

200ml of almond milk (add more if needed)

1/4 ripe avocado

1tsp extra virgin olive oil
-
1 TBSP pea protein powder natural and unflavoured
METHOD

Combine all the ingredients in a mixer.

Add ice if desired.
