WATERCRESS AND BUTTERBEAN DIP

​

 Gloriously green, this dip is a show stopper for a party. Dress with crudités of veggies, flatbreads and crackers.

INGREDIENTS​

  • 1 can of butterbeans drained by reserve come of the liquid,

  • 1/2 bunch of watercress

  • 2tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp of tahini

  • 1tsp of sea salt. 

 

METHOD

​

  • Wizz all the ingredients together in a processor or use a hand blender until smooth.

  • Top with some extra virgin olive oil.​
