WATERCRESS AND BUTTERBEAN DIP

Gloriously green, this dip is a show stopper for a party. Dress with crudités of veggies, flatbreads and crackers.
INGREDIENTS​

1 can of butterbeans drained by reserve come of the liquid,
-
1/2 bunch of watercress
-
2tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil
-
1 tbsp of tahini
-
1tsp of sea salt.
METHOD
​

Wizz all the ingredients together in a processor or use a hand blender until smooth.
-
Top with some extra virgin olive oil.​
